Relationships matter – and so relationship matters are something we frequently encounter as therapists. Recognising patterns of behaviour (in yourself and others), learning what does and doesn’t work for you are very useful tools for building lasting and mutually beneficial and productive relationships.
No one can change someone else, only themselves. Our therapists will listen and help you sort through the detail to get to the core of what is happening in your relationship. We will use psychotherapeutic techniques often, but not exclusively, through hypnosis to increase and improve your ability to change the way in which you act and react with others to improve the quality of your relationships.
