Anxiety, panic and stress

Although anxiety is the body’s natural response to a stressful situation, uncontrolled or prolong anxiety can become problematic and possibly even lead to panic attacks. Much of the cause (and cure) for anxiety is found at the subconscious level.  This means that it can be deep rooted, affecting our lives without us having a conscious control over it, however hard we may try to “talk ourselves out of it”.

Hypno-psychotherapy is highly effective in reducing both specific and generalised anxieties and reducing stress and experiences of panic.
