Sometimes positive change can happen more quickly than either the therapist or the client might expect, and a single session can be all that is required to bring new insight or set in motion the necessary motivation to achieve goals. At other times a longer course of sessions is agreed to be necessary. Changing a mindset or behaviour depends on the unique individual, his/her environment and personal history. For some clients, goals change and develop as therapy progresses. This is why there can be no hard and fast rule to the number of sessions needed. However, our aim is to help you to help yourself as soon as possible. We will always work to your agreed personal priorities and your available time and budget.
